You will be rewarded on your visit :) Policies: • If you need an appointment at a time that is blocked off or unavailable, call the salon. We suggest pre-booking all of your appointments months in advance. We will be happy to try and accommodate everyone. We also have a waitlist you can be added to. • We do not accept appointments 15 minutes after you are scheduled to be here. It is in fact considered a no-show and we can’t take you. You will have to be rescheduled. Our time is important and yours is too. It is better to be early than arrive late. • The prices, descriptions, and time frames are subject to change upon consultation and service provided. Should at any time you feel as though you are not happy with any service provided to you, please message the owner within 24 hours. We do not offer any exchanges of services for other services and we do NOT offer refunds of any kind. • Discounts, promotions and coupons may be used ONE time per appointment. I will not have a new client discount on top of an already discounted price. • If you are a no-show at your scheduled appointment and time, your next scheduled appointment with me will require a deposit, which must be paid prior to your service. Your deposit will be non-refundable should you not keep your scheduled appointment. • If you cancel the day of your appointment, your deposit for rescheduling will be 50% of what your service appointment costs will be. • I will still be accepting card payments, but there will be a fee of 3.5% for the processing fee starting November 1st 2021. Cash is always appreciated and accepted without any extra fees. • Birthday discounts will be provided to clients who have been with me for ONE year and are signed up to receive emails. Client cards are updated per appointment and you will get the discount if your email is provided to me already. If your account needs updating, please reach out to me on my business number and not the salon. Text messages are reminders of that discount. Your birthday coupon does expire the month of your birthday. So make sure to book it for that month you come in. • Drinks are complimentary but are limited to two per person of all kinds. • Please let me know of any issues with your neck and back prior to service. You will be leaning back in a shampoo bowl and I want to make sure that you are comfortable for that procedure. • NEW clients will receive 20% off their total hair service ONLY. Any other services that are not hair related will not be given a discount. If any new client is a referral, that client who referred you will receive a special discount as well. Please mention their name during the appointment so I can personally thank them. • If you are a regular client and want to change your color, let us know before your scheduled appointment. It would be different than what your actual appointment is scheduled for and may require a different date and time. • We take photos of all of my work. If you do not want your face in a photo, please let the salon know in advance. We use photos for promotional purposes to help this business grow. • We require all new clients to sign a waiver for any services performed that require color or chemicals. I also follow that by performing a strand test for color lifting purposes if needed and a patch test on the skin for any allergies. • Please no unattended children. For special circumstances, please message in advanced if you are bringing your child with you to your appointment so I can plan accordingly. If your child breaks something, you will be responsible to pay for it. • Please bring smaller items and bags with you to your appointment. I have hooks for bags and a small table for miscellaneous items such as cellphones, keys, and wallets. • We do require all clients to have a credit card on file in order to book online with any team member. Should you cancel your appointment after the 24 hour notice, your card will be charged 50% of your total service cost. Any emergencies or cancellations based on family, death, tragedy or any kind of emergency should be notified to 239-270-8860 by text message. • We have social media accounts for Facebook and Instagram. They will have upcoming promotions, specials going on, and how to purchase items from James Blonde. We suggest following those for any upcoming announcements that are not listed on this website. • You will receive text message confirmations for your appointments. That is for your convenience and is sent through the website. The 883 number is not my contact number to cancel. Failure to abide by this will permanently terminate client privileges and rights. We condone the right to client safety and privacy. Recordings by the salon only of all kinds are allowed. You do not have permission and would need this from the owner both physically in writing and verbally. • we do have cameras that monitor our salon for safely concerns. You agree that being under our care we are allowed to record for your safety and ours. • we have the right to refuse service to anyone of any kind without any reason. This is a safe and tranquil space and we’d like to keep it that way. • we are NOT responsible for lost, damaged or broken items. • We request you come in with already brushed hair for your appointment. Taking extra time to get out tangles affects your service time. • If you’re a color service that is booked please make sure that all of your hair is dry upon arrival. Taking extra time to Blowdry a client cuts into your scheduled appointment time. Cancellation Policy

I require a notice of cancellation 72 hours before your service appointment. If you should no-show, I will require 50% of the total cost of your service paid in order to book. Should you not show up, it’s non refundable. Your time is very valuable and so is mine. I take my time to prepare for each service I provide in order to make it better and better, for you.
